According to Adam Zagoria, Rick Pitino will be in Roselle, NJ. Monday to watch 2015 point guard Isaiah  Rick Pitino To Watch 2015 PG Isaiah Briscoe MondayBriscoe. Louisville has not offered Briscoe yet, but he does have offers from Indiana, Florida State,Arizona, Syracuse, Pitt, Rutgers and several other D-I schools. 

The 6’3″ 5-star prospect is considered the third-best PG in the 2015 class by 247Sports, the also have him as the 18th-best player. Rivals.com considers him the 19th-best player in his class.

Rivals.com’s Eric Bossi says of Briscoe:

One of the most explosive scorers in the class of 2015. He can play at either the point or the two and is a big and strong backcourt player. At times his shot selection is poor which hurts his percentages some, but he is a skilled scorer who can shoot from deep or attack off the dribble.

A little side note, Indiana assistant Kenny Johnson, who seems to be the leader in replacing Kevin Keatts at Louisville, has been recruiting Briscoe for a while. Wyking Jones is the point guard’s main contact for Louisville.
