Louisville fans should be happy with the recruiting class Rick Pitino and staff have put together. Four of their future commitments have been named nominees for the 2014 McDonald’s All-American game.
The biggest name of the four, Louisville Ballard guard Quentin Snider and his play has earned the right to be a nominee. He is a 4-star guard, ranked 87th Nationally according to ESPN Recruiting Nation. Was once committed to Louisville, de-committed and gave his verbal to Illinois before changing his mind again and signing with the Cards.
Other three future Cardinals who were nominated are 31st ranked Shaqquan Aaron from Washington, 57th ranked Jaylen Johnson from Michigan and 74th ranked Chinanu Onuaku out of Maryland.
Teams will be announced January 29th at 5:00pm on ESPNU.
